Custom Collab™ Consultation


What’s a Custom Collab™?

In a Custom Collab™, you team up with Tonya to design one or more pieces of jewelry.  

While it could be for a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, push present, engagement, etc., a special occasion is not a pre-requisite for making an appointment.

Custom Collabs™ can also be used to redesign and recycle a piece of inherited jewelry, a gift you haven’t worn because you wished something about it was different, or simply pieces that haven’t left your jewelry box in years.

How does it work?

 Step 2:  Add a 30 minute or 60 minute consultation to your cart (above) and check out

Step 3: Your appointment confirmation will include a link for a virtual meeting - all appointments are virtual during the health crisis.

That’s it!

*Note: Although consultation fees are non-refundable, the consultation fee is credited towards the price of your Custom Collab™ project, should you decide to proceed with creating a new piece of jewelry or remodeling an existing piece jewelry.

We provide maintenance and repair services for all Pareure jewelry.

As a result of the current health crisis, we are not accepting drop-offs of jewelry for repair or maintenance nor are we scheduling repair and maintenance appointments.  Instead, we ask that you contact us (click/tap the appropriate link below) so that we may email or fax you a shipping label.

In addition to the shipping label, we will provide you with a Repair and Maintenance Order Form to be printed, completed and placed in the box with your jewelry.  

Maintenance and repair orders are placed into the queue based on the date it arrives in the studio.  Expedited requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - typically we will contact you once we've received the jewelry and completed an initial assessment; and, it is at this time that we will discuss expediting your request and the associated fee.

When your jewelry maintenance and/or repair is complete, we will contact you to finalize payment, if applicable, and confirm the return shipping address.  Once your jewelry has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or text.
