Refund policy

Retail Returns (does not apply to wholesale orders) 
Retail returns and exchanges for are FREE (within the continental U.S.) when requested within 14 days from the date of receipt*.  For purchases made between 11.1.23. and 12.24.23, the exchange window is extended to January 15, 2024*.  

If your account was created on or after March 13, 2023, you can initiate a refund request through your account (tap link to log in).

If your account was created before March 13, 2023, contact us (tap this link to access form) to initiate a refund request.  Please provide your order number and name of item to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the and include all original packaging.

*Sample Jewelry, Sale Jewelry and Gift Cards are not eligible for return nor exchange.

Retail Refunds (if applicable - does not apply to wholesale orders)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; and, the status of your refund, if applicable.

All refunds will be applied as a credit to your original method of payment. 


Late or missing retail refunds (if applicable - does not apply to wholesale orders)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is posted to your account.

Damaged (if applicable - does not apply to wholesale orders)
If your jewelry arrives damaged, within 24 hours, call us, or click this link return shipping.  to initiate a live chat, or email us at (tap email address link) staff@pareure.com so that we can arrange immediate replacement of the jewelry, at no cost to you.


Shipping (does not apply to wholesale orders)
Upon completion of entering your return request in our Return Center,  you will be provided with a printable return shipping label, at. no cost to you.

The purchase of shipping insurance is at your discretion; however, we will not process your refund the absence of the returned product.
